NFL FLAG FOOTBALL 2021

Welcome to our new website and registration system, you will most likely have to create a new "Sports Connect" account to register. All Bobcats sports will transition to this registration system in 2021.

2021 Program Details Subject To Change Due to COVID-19

Late registration dates now through July 20th.

We have partnered with NFL Flag Football where the focus of our program continues to center around instilling positive sportsmanship, player and teammate development and most importantly having FUN. The Bobcats offer leagues / divisions for grades K-8th. Our coaches are encouraged to give players the opportunity to rotate positions and share equal playing time.

The 2021 plans to offer team and individual events at the end of the season, including a “Punt, Pass, Kick” competition as well as a “Super Bowl” and an optional “Pro Bowl” game for selected players.

We will run a 9 Week Season that will be comprised of 7 games and 1 "Super Bowl" game + "Pro Bowl"

New this year: We will begin looking into regional tournaments towards the end of the season, we could possibly form one team per division. More to come as the season nears.

Practices to begin first week of August (days and # of practices vary by coach)

Games expected to begin the 3rd week of August, concluding the 3rd week of October.

Game Field locations will be in Tinley Park @ both Freedom Park & Victor J. Andrew High School

Program Cost - $120. Mandatory $50 helmet purchase of soft helmet (rugby type) required.

Player safety is a top concern for parents and for the Bobcat organization. In 2021 we will continue our partnership with Rock Solid helmets, where players will be required to wear a Rock Solid helmet (includes bobcat logo). If you previously purchased a helmet through the bobcats then you may continue to use that helmet.

Uniforms to include jersey with registration, shorts, and football socks that align to team / uniform are optional purchases this year. Players can wear baseball / football pants if they prefer.

Players get to keep their flags / belts once the season is complete.
