- Instructors for outside camps must have a Certificate of Insurance on file.
- All Bobcat vendors must have a Certificate of Insurance on file.
- Spring Sport Registration Update
- Both baseball and softball were up year-over-year in registration numbers.
- Soccer – Normal level of registration numbers.

- Certificates of Insurance are required at outside facilities (provides certainty that the Bobcats are covered).

- Baseball Update:
- The draft is scheduled for March 15th.
- The shed was cleaned out on Saturday, March 11th. The equipment bags are in good shape – only need to place a small equipment order.
- Soccer Update – Phil:
- Fields are getting set.
- Teams will be finalized the week of March 20th – includes the draft.
- As Futsal wraps us this week, we need the equipment returned to rec soccer.
- Travel Soccer Update – Steve:
- U14 Boys – Finished in 2nd Place in Romeoville.
- U15 Girls – Finished in 1st Place at Roma in Frankfort.
- Outdoor games begin the 1st week of April.
- Softball Update – Michelle:
- Registration numbers up for a few levels year-over-year.
- All team uniforms have been ordered.
- Currently there is one (1) team for High School rec, hoping for two (2).
- Upcoming Frankfort meeting – discuss final # of Bobcat teams and any rule changes.
- Just received the Park District field assignments for softball.
- Travel Softball Update – Kurt:
- Part-time Travel games begin Sunday, April 9th.
- Flag Football Update – Brian:
- Andrew High School is open to allowing their fields to be used again in 2017 for Bobcats flag football.
- Registration for flag football will open after there is resolution with respect to the mandating of helmets.
- Spoke with A.J. Edds of Rock Solid.
- Brian’s initial concerns over mandating helmets – losing players who don’t want to wear the helmet.
- Ordering process discussion – Purchase v. Rental.
- Brian to provide samples of helmets for walk-up registration (A.J. Edds to attend registration events).
- Indoor – Roma Update
- Considering sending our survey to flag football families to determine interest in indoor flag football.
- Need to provide Roma with # of teams, # of players, age groups.

- Update on Parade (March 19th)
- 802 t-shirts ordered for St. Patrick’s Day Parade – $5 – $6 per shirt.
- T-shirt pick-up on Saturday
- Line-up for Parade @ 1:00PM; Starts @ 2:00PM.

- Inquired as to the location of the St. Patrick Day’s banner – still missing.

- Would like to order marketing materials (stress balls, key chains, etc.) Also, Bobcat table cloths for the booth.
- Looking for new vendor for the TP Bobcat lawn signs.
- Considering Blessing Bags for the Troops
- Possibly donation bins at Family Fun Days – any Military families.
