      • Fall registration for Flag Football and Soccer open.
      • Holding off on Fall Baseball and Softball for now.

 

  • Joe Bressanelli – Baseball Update
    • Shetland rosters are now set.
    • The Pinto and Mustang player draft is scheduled for Monday, March 19th.
    • The Bronco player draft is scheduled for Thursday, March 15th.

 

  • Jim Keating
    • In process of transitioning the Shed Manager role to Justin Roney.
    • Field Maintenance Day has been moved from Saturday, April 14th to Saturday, March 24th. Baseball and Softball fields to be prepared on the same day.
    • Quote on the Field #1 Sprinkler System to be provided by Thursday, March 15th. It is possible the system can be installed before the start of the season.
    • Full maintenance required on the Gator – scheduled for Thursday, March 15th.
    • Shed garage – question on changing the keyless entry code:
      • Steve Bosco replies that the Board has moved to remove the keyless entry and switch entirely to remote controls. That way, only authorized people can enter the shed.

    • Picked up candy for fundraiser today.

 

  • Marcia Kissane – Softball Update:
    • Registration Numbers:
      • Three (3) Pixie-T teams
      • Three (3) Barrette teams (8U)
      • Four (4) Ponytail teams (10U)
      • Two (2) Powderpuff teams (12U)
      • Two (2) Diamond teams (15U)

 

  • Brian Burke – Flag Football Update:
    • Looking at alternate fields for the older division (6th – 8th grade).
    • Want to move away from McCarthy Park – field is unplayable with heavy rains.
    • Going back to Helen Keller is a possibility.

 

  • Rich Granata – Challenger Update
    • Asks about the kids getting ordered from Dick’s?
      • Joe Bressanelli confirms.
    • Registration #’s are big – 118 players registered.

 

  • Nick Henkle
    • Came in to request a scoreboard and other amenities for the softball field at Bettenhausen Park.
    • Nick / Marcia / Board to discuss with Dennis Murphy, who last ordered a scoreboard for Challenger Field.

 

  • Phil Romanow
    • Looking for a start date for the spring soccer season.
      • Brandi’s response – Should start on April 15th or 16th.

 

  • Brandi Parke – confirms that raffle tickets will be available at the end of April.
