REFUND POLICY – RECREATIONAL Sports Programs
The deadline for refund requests is the first of the month in which program practices begin. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via the website up above by clicking Contact us. There you will be able to write your refund request and your turn around time will be quicker. No late fees will be refunded. After the deadline, refunds will only be issued for medical or relocation reasons and with Board approval. There will be a $20 processing fee assessed on all refunds plus all cost (uniforms, etc) that have been paid for already by the Bobcats to date will be deducted from the refund.
