- The Travel Soccer Commissioner position is now vacant.
- All other Commissioner roles will remain the same for 2017.
- At the Flag Football Super Bowl event, the Bobcats raised approx. $750 for the Piel Family. The Bobcats will match 100% of these donations and will present a check to the Piel’s for $1,500.

Randy (Treasurer):
- Randy presented the year-to-date September 30, 2016 financials to the Board.
- Creation of the Cloud Drive is in process. The Cloud Drive will be utilized to maintain every Travel team ledger and every recreational sport ledger.
Bill (Secretary): – Bill Insley has taken over as secretary starting 11/1/2016

- Fall Ball leagues wrapped-up, but many concerns exist.

- Requests a hitting clinic for Softball to be hosted at Central Middle School, in addition to the annual pitching clinic – Board approves.
- Considering a player draft in lieu of registration requests to establish teams – Bill Insley to assist with draft set-up, if necessary.

Team Mom: Brandi’s update
- All remaining candy money has been turned in to Randy.
- The registration for spring sports will open in January. Registration will close in early March to provide sufficient time for uniform orders.
- Waiting on Dick’s walk-in registration dates.
- Registration fees to be finalized – further discussion included presentation of fees during on-line registration process and comparing pricing to our competition.

Marketing
- Waiting on registration fee amounts to begin Marketing activities.
- Requests prices to begin obtaining sponsors for the Sponsor Board
- Steve Bosco communicated that he plans to meet with the Tinley Park Park District to request banners on outfield fences
- For the Spring Field Days in April 2017, requests that we also host an Equipment Swap Day.
Field Maintenance (SB & BB):
- Fields Closed on Saturday, October 29th.
- A large number of volunteers came out – removed the hump on Field 3, added two layers of sod at the rim of the infield.
